Hi, i have a 2d maglite with the serial number starting with dl. will this bulb replace the old led one?

Exactlt what I have, but mine is an older version with a traditional bulb, however it changed the performance, out of this world. Previously it would illuminate 15-20m down the garden, now it is closer to 100m. Well worth trying it at the cost!

How do you fit the LED?

Hi this is how I did it unscrew end focus ring to remove glass and lens complete bulb Is a push in fit but held down with screw in cap (very tight) hope this helps
