I just got these delivered and good grief, great brief! I am 5'8", approx 145lbs and bought the large as I've gained a healthy 20lbs. These are incredibly soft, breathable, keep my flat butt in place, and reach all the way up to my belly button without having to give them a big yank. These are worth every penny and I would be happy to be an introvert in such lush comfort! I will buy more to replace every other pair of underwear I own. These will also hold pads really nicely with room to keep it all in place. 95% cotton, 5% spandex. Perfectly stretchable, yet fitting, and breathable for the groin.

Honestly great period panties. They fit well, and importantly, the extra coverage fabric extends fully front and back. I have 2 packs of these. They don't give coverage for the strongest of flows, but that's to be expected with period panties.
