Day is wrong even after setting, display turns off
I set the clock up, as per instructions (which aren't great, but aren't as bad as some other reviews make it seem). Set the date to 5th December... which is a Thursday... but the clock displays Saturday. You can't change the day, so it's stuck like that. You also can't change the display to remove the day. Also, there doesn't seem to be an option to keep the display on all the time. I want this as a discreet clock in the bedroom so I can check the time quickly in the night... I don't want to have to clap or yell to check the time and wake up my wife next to me! (That said, I didn't try very hard to figure this out once I realised the day would be wrong I'd already decided I was probably going to return the item!

Date and day did not align correctly, can’t change manually.
Didn’t work, the date and the day were completely wrong, no option to manually set the day. Also far too bright for a bedroom, and no dimmer option.

Date reads backwards
Easy to set up after realizing the date is backwards. Not bad for price.

Disappointed
Disappointed. Doesn't seem to function as expected. Lights in display keep flickering on and off when trying to set the time. May be a one off faulty item. Pretty frustrated so I've given up.

Should have read the comments before purchase. Date is backwards (YY.MM.DD). In hindsight I would have bought a different one. However, it does look nice and the time works fine (although some people say it is slow and needs resetting every few months, but I haven't had it that long.
