I like this product because it is low sodium yet very flavorful and I like to use it in soups and to cook vegetables in with broth or water.

This is THE BEST stock powder I've ever tried, and I love that it's vegetarian, so I can use it for everything, regardless of who's coming to dinner. I have lots of vegetarian friends, and initially got this for vegetarian soups, but it's so delicious and nuanced that I now use it instead of chicken broth in all my cooking. I sometimes use it just as a seasoning- sprinkling it into the pan juices of whatever I'm cooking to add an extra hit of umami. If I were stranded on a desert island and could bring only 3 seasonings, this would be one of them.

This tastes like pure salt with an almost indiscernible hint of mushroom. Big waste of money.
