Resistance training for beginners
Bought these from the reviews.Wanted to start some basic strength training.These are perfect for a beginner, just search basic weights workout and loads on YouTube to get you started.I was a bit worried about the stand - as other reviews say it's flimsy - it took some strength to get the screws in firmly but mine is really sturdy for these weights.It takes up little room and they look nice. Obviously the different colours help you to pick up the correct weight.The coating makes them very grippy, yet soft, so you won't get legs.Definitely recommend.

Good workout weights
These are what you expect. I checked whether they were the correct weight. They are. I like the colour coding.As items, they are durable and feel well-made. So, no complaints there. I can't say the same for the stand, which, given the weights involved (9kg), is not really up to the task of holding them. It's not that it is poorly made, but given the size of the weights, the pyramid shape is too narrow, and there is a risk of the setup being knocked over. Not ideal but then I didn't buy them for the stand. It might work for you, so don't let that put you off. I simply place mine on the floor (under a radiator, if you wish to know) where they are out of the way.

Great product
I think these are great value for money for starting up working out at home. They pack don't take up alot of space. The material is grest for grip. The seller was very helpful when I had an issue with delivery. The only minor issues is that the 1kg are only really for people with very small hands and the stand itself, as mentioned in another review, is a tad rickety when put together but is overall study enough.
