I have been using this for a week now and it has been really helping with my stress levels and just made me less anxious in general. While it is too soon to tell it’s potential benefits but atleast it’s helping me sleep better. And it’s tasty!

It does have a calming effect. But I have to take more than 2 droppers to feel it. 5:1 is a weak extract. 10:1 is the popular one available in the market. For this price I don't want to buy again.

Dont know who agreed to send a glass bottle through just a plastic bag. The bottle could have easily gotten damaged. Atleast bubble wrap such product. Secondly, the prduct is quite good and helps in relaxing

Absolutely love this extract! Been adding it to my coffee and I feel great. I like that the ratio 1:5 is mentioned clearly on the product, and the packaging was nice and sustainable too. Keen for more of Nuvedo’s products to be available on Amazon.

This seems to be a good quality mushroom extract. I like that it is one type of mushroom rather than a "proprietary blend" as so many extracts seem to be. This way I know the amount of a particular mushroom that I am getting! The taste tells me that it is indeed a good mushroom extract as it tastes like mushrooms with some sweetener added for palatability. It is an ok taste, but if you don't like mushrooms, you might not care for it. It is easy enough to add to another food or beverage. It was packaged very well, with a cushioned paper around the brown glass bottle inside a cardboard box. There was a plastic seal around the top. I like that this is only made from the fruiting bodies, and I plan to look at their other mushroom products as I think this one is excellent.
