Great product and fast delivery! Been taking these going on 2 years now. Just got my wife started on them as well. Never had any issues of getting the product.

I'm currently dealing with a folate/B12 deficiency due to a homozygous mthfr mutation, so I will need additional methylfolate/methylcobalamin supplementation. However, my doctor highly approves of this vitamin...It's extremely absorbable and once the deficiency is corrected, it will be excellent on its own for maintenance. Yes there's a strong odor when you open the bottle, but if you've ever taken Brewers Yeast, you'll recognize the smell. I've found something as simple as a hard boiled egg (good source of folate) with the vitamin prevents any stomach upset. After a week of daily use, the pins and needles sensation in my fingers has decreased, thyroid function is improving, cortisol levels are dropping and I have more energy. I still have a long road ahead of me, but this vitamin will be an important tool to help me achieve and maintain good health.

I like that the methylated vitamins process better, and I’ll soon have bloodwork done to see if my vitamin levels improve, but OMG on the smell and taste! It tastes like a cow that’s been fed Taco Bell for the past year took a dump in my mouth! That’s about the best analogy to fit how foul this is! Could they not come up with a citrus flavored gel capsule to mask this horrific taste?! Eewwww!

I am on my 2nd bottle, I really like these vitamins. This 2nd bottle is a new (better) formula too - vit K2 added and a bit more vit A, it looks great. I was told I have an MTHFR mutatation and should take methylated vitamins. These are potent, high B12 and at a reasonable price, and only 1 pill a day! They do not upset my stomach. Some people complain about the smell or color. They must be used to fake vitamins that don't smell. Good vitamins smell. Don't smell it, just swallow it and go on with your day. Geez. Color complaints too, dumb. They oxidize a bit, might darken after you open the bottle, it is usually not mold. I have not had a problem with either bottle. I just opened the new bottle and they look great. I will keep buying these vitamins.

They taste kind of awful but I really like that I only have to take 1 a day!

Smells terrible... I had a different vitamin with all of the same ingredients and almost the exact dosages minutes 1 or 2 of them... it did not smell like this... I'm going to go back to that one based on the smell alone. It tastes kinda like it smells. I'm not sure if it's supposed to smell like that to be more effective? But I have not noticed a difference between the 2 in how I feel.

Best multivitamin i ever used, instead of taking so many of other one tablet of this would do the job. Only problem postage to Australia takes times.

Methylated multivitamins has highest bioavailablity. Works wonders.
