Works well. Pricey, but it works

Someone introduced Alteril to me several years ago and it's been a life saver for a good night's sleep - but most importantly, with ZERO grogginess the next day. I assume because it's all natural and not a drug. Without fail, about 30-45 minutes after taking just 1 tablet, I start to get very sleepy and can doze off almost immediately. I highly recommend!!

Good sleep aid, but availability & pricing is all over the place, switched to a product with much better consistency of price & availability, that works as good, if not better.

I get caught in cycles where I don’t sleep well for weeks, this things handle it. After about an hour you’re start to really feel like it’s bed time and they help you stay sleeping throughout the night. I’ve been through a lot of sleep aids and most feel groggy in the morning or don’t work at all but these have a good come down and you feel just fine waking up. It’s the standard at my place. No bad taste, no stomach aches.
