Honestly these fixed my boots. I was about to throw them away after trying multiple insoles. These are the ones to get I'm only 175lb but that just means they will last longer. I was having some knee pain and need high tops or short boots to keep my ankles together. After putting these in I didn't have any issues all day at work. Just kinda smash your foot into them until it feels right in the boot. I re adjusted each side by tucking them in a little deeper on arch area and they stayed in place all day. I will be a return customer and eventually stuff all my footwear with these. Timberland Pro if you're reading this. Just make a deal with this brand and use them on your boots since they really sucked with your pro insoles, dr scholls,I even tried my old red wing insoles that was better than your stock insoles but these will last longer it's a quality material

Most of the arch support is towards the heel. These are only suitable for shoes where you can remove the manufacturer's insole because this insert takes up a lot of volume. For me these do the job but are not the most comfortable for my particular foot issues. I'm keeping them and adding them to my extensive collection of both prescription and OTC orthotics.

Great for over pronation. I'm 6 ft. 235. And I over rotate my left foot to the inside. Causing my back knees feet and back to ache constantly. Having a size 13-14 wide shoe makes it difficult to find most brands so you gotta settle most of the time for "it's ight" in the arch support amd comfort area. I added these to a pair I've had for a month that I was thinking about getting rid of. They changed the game. Made the arch much more stable and the heal a little more cushion. My left foot no longer roles in, about 90% of what a normal rotation is I'd say. I'd reccomend these for people who walk around a lot or want some relief in overpronation pains. *you may have to remove the oem insole for your foot to fit.

I am on my feet walking all day for my job and I have tried all kinds of different shoes and orthotic inserts. Some shoes are pretty good for a short time until the inside of the shoe begins to feel flat and loses its support. I weigh 205 lbs and these inserts stated 240+ so I was hesitant about them being too stiff. I am so glad I decided to try them, they have excellent support for medium to high arches without being so stiff they make your feet sore. They fit perfectly without having to trim them in my 10 1/2 size shoes and are not so thick they crowd your feet inside. They support in all the right places with the right amount of firmness without being hard. Time will tell on durability but as for now they are the most comfortable inserts I have tried to date. Well worth the price.

I simply pop them into any shoes. It still amazes me just how dramatic of difference my feet have been until I started using these. I can literally go 8+ hrs straight and my feet feels good and improved comfort levels:)Arch support is superior, my heels have stopped hurting and my overall foot fatigue has decreased. definitely been worth the money!

These are very good for arch support and heel pain relief and are a good value for the money. I use them in my house shoes to deal with walking on hardwood floors. I transfer them to my golf shoes to facilitate walking around on grass and into my sketchers when walking outside on pavement. They are easy to move in and out of various footwear, are durable, and make a big difference in comfort when dealing with prolonged walking, golfing, and playing pickleball!! I also appreciate that they fit my feet well without my needing to get fitted by a podiatrist.

Very well made . I have low arches and old feet so I use them in all my shoes. I buy a half dozen at a time I have a lot of shoes . I wear a 12.5 6E or XX wide in new balance sneakers have 608 . I find I can stand and walk longer .
