Solid and heavy glass piece. Just like the ones I remember from the 70's.

Very nice candle holders. They seem to appear as pictured when unlit. We only tried with battery operated tealight and the green color appeared more subtle. Almost a yellowy green color when lit up with a white battery operated tealight. It was not the effect or the color of green we were hoping to purchase. Very well packaged with bubble wrap covered internal shipping boxes. Very nice weight and glass design. Just not what we are searching for at this time. RS
