I actually like these workout shirts. The material is a good thickness and the stitching is fine so far. The colors are vibrant and the fabric has good stretch. They do make you look like a superhero, which is an added perk. I found that the sizing is off though. I have Neleus tank tops that are 2XL and fit great. I ordered the same size in these since it's the same brand and that's what the size chart indicated. The 2XL was very tight and it looked like I was squeezing into a kid's shirt. I exchanged them for the 3XL size and it's much better- form fitting without being overly tight. If you are a reasonably big dude I would absolutely suggest ordering a size larger than normal, even if the size chart indicates otherwise. I am 5'9" and 225 for reference. The 3XL just fits me, but if you are even bigger, then these compression shirts may not be for you. The sizing isn't big enough for really big guys.

I use them for hockey and wrestling and they're great. They provide a snug feeling without being overly tight. I recommend.

Really like these shirts! Snug fit but not truly “compression” gear. Great as a base layer.
