It is halal multivitamins. So you shouldn't be worried about any kind of non halal ingredients on specially capsule. You don't have hard time to swallow it medium size and not a problem at all to drink with water. Keep up the good work.

I’ve taken multivitamins for many decades now, and to be honest my body really can’t tell the difference between them. I mostly take them to make sure I’m getting the various vitamins that my body requires and look to the ingredient list to satisfy that requirement. These capsules have all the standard vitamins that most other multivitamins have, but they also have a little ginseng and a fruit & vegetable blend. The capsules are easy to swallow and they have not upset my stomach. They basically don't have any flavor to them when I swallow them, which is a good thing in my book. The bottle did not have a seal around the lid, but the top of the jar did have a seal. The cap is also a child proof cap. Inside there was a wad of cotton to protect the capsules and a moisture pack to keep the capsules safe.

Very good product. I always order for my teen aged sons.

I strongly recommend this product to everyone.
