Ordered as my feet are always cold, arrived the same day as I ordered it, I tried it last night and its the first time in a long time that my feet have been warm.The cover is a nice soft fleece with a large pocket to put your feet in, the mains lead is a decent Length but the control wire could do with being a little longer, it is reachable but you have to sit up to get it, on the plus side, it's out of the way so you can't lay on it while asleep.The controller is easy to use with 2 timer settings (1or 2 hours) and multiple heat settings, I used the lowest heat setting as it was under the bed covers.Getting in bed was very pleasant, my feet slipped effortlessly into the pocket on the heat pad and it was bliss,not too hot but pleasantly warm.The cover is removable for washing, but the whole thing can be washed if needed.Overall I'm very happy with the heat pad

As someone who suffers from poor circulation due to a medical condition, I can honestly say that this has been a game-changer. I work from home and sitting at a desk all day has meant that I end up with freezing feet which can be very distracting and leads to a heating bill much higher than it needs to be. Since getting this item a week ago, I've had it under my desk, on the sofa, in the bed, and it has been a revelation.Heat settings range from gentle to quite hot (1-5) and for me 1-2 for maintaining a comfortable temperature is ideal. The safety feature of auto-off after 1 or 2 hours is great for peace of mind as well.Have also used it to warm up the bed, and for menstrual cramps. and it works really well as it lays completely flat. My only reason for docking one star for comfort is that the top is not heated, only the base, so at times the tops of my feet still get cold, but this is easily fixed by slipping your feet underneath entirely.

I previously owned two heat pads and both barely got warm. The claimed maximum temperature of this one looked promising, and my feet were so cold, I placed the order. I am pleased to report it is exactly as described. The highest setting of 5 is warm enough to return my feet to normal in about 10 minutes. I was then able to reduce the setting to 3. The material is very soft and comfortable and there is plenty of room to move my feet.

This product is very cosy and warms up very quickly. Supersoft fleece fabric and nice colour. I'm not sure why it has been designed to be so wide as I found it warm enough with one layer. If I could improve the design though, I'd make it long enough to cover the legs too. But very happy with the purchase for warming up cold feet and ankles.

The heatpad was great for a few months. However today there is a code E and it has stopped working. Used it for my elderly Mother who warmed her feet with it. So am disappointed.

I'm very surprised about other reviews, because my foot warmer is not even warm enough. I can't feel the difference between 1 and 5 lvl. Description says about 140F (60 degrees) on the 5th lvl.. So maybe my blanket is defective, don't know.Pictures on description also says about heating cables on both side, but they are on just one side. I think I have to return this. Very pity 🙄Edit: all sorted with seller, now working perfectly 👌👌

Good product and heats properly.

It worked well for 4 months and has now stopped working. It flashes "E" in the controller display and does not heat up. I have only used this item for a few hours on weekdays for a few months. I would have expected at least a year or two of service from this item.i would not recommend this item as it has a very short life. It also seems impossible to contact the manufacturer - there is no contact information for them anywhere.
