Powerful Truffle flavor & scent
This stuff is really strongly flavored and scented but the shaker top is a bit wonky so be careful shaking it onto food until you get the hang of its peculiarities. Great stuff for truffle lovers!

Delicious!
This is my second bottle of this lovely truffle oil. My favorite way to use it is to make some angel hair pasta, drain and leave the pasta hot in the pot, throw in some butter and olive oil, salt/ground pepper, and finish with the truffle oil and lots of shredded Parmesan. Sometimes I add truffle shavings or sauteed mushrooms. YUM. I think I’ll go make some!

You have to try this oil...but correctly...
I have always been a fan of the Truffle Hunter brand. So it was a no brainer when I ran out of black truffle oil that I immediately logged onto Amazon and searched to see what Truffle Hunter had to offer. I received the oil nicely packaged in a box. It was sealed pretty tight, therefore, I did not experience any oil leakage. I have already used the oil. Today, I decided to steam some vegetables and shrimp to eat over some basmati rice. I drizzled a little truffle oil over the mix and it was great. For those new to the use of truffle oil, do not be heavy handed with the oil. A little goes a long way. I have read some of the reviews where people were not satisfied with the taste. This oil is definitely an acquired taste. It is kind of Smokey in flavor and robust. I would say if you can tolerate sesame oil, you can handle this oil. I even venture to say it's a bit milder than sesame. My only complaint is I wish they would put more pieces of the Truffle in the oil. I have a small bottle from Wegman' s and that oil was packaged with several pieces of truffle. This is just a preference, and the lack thereof is not necessarily a deal breaker.

Heck Yes
This seasoning is so delicious and very potent. You only need a sprinkle on steak or pasta or fries to totally transform your dish. I was a little dismayed at the price, but I know this bottle will last me a very long time!

Makes for restaurant flavor
Love this stuff! Makes every dinner where it’s used taste like it was restaurant made. I’ll only give it a four star because the shape of the bottle is really dumb very easy to knock it over. You have to be very very careful.

Blech!
If I could give this truffle oil no stars I would. I've developed a love of truffles ever since returning from a trip to Italy last year. We picked up a few bottles of truffle oil but have used them all up unfortunately. Not wanting to go without I scoured the internet looking for a bottle with good reviews and took a chance on this one despite the negative comments from other reviewers. Let me just say that this oil doesn't live up to what I'm used to. It tasted very 'chemically'. I know truffle oils have flavoring which is essentially chemicals but the oils we bought in Italy didn't *taste* like chemicals - there was a nice, delicate balance between the olive oil and the truffle flavoring. This oil, however, gave the effect of downing kerosene or something similar. The smell and taste were overwhelming in a very bad way. I've since chucked the oil in the bin as I refuse to consume something that my senses clearly tell me not to use. Something's just not right with it....I'm still on the hunt for great Italian truffle oil.

OK
It has a weird chemical smell when you open the bottle but seems to taste OK on food.

Buenísimo! Con muy poquita cantidad da un sabor muy intenso y un aroma espectacular. Según qué tipo de plato se haga, con unas gotitas o una cucharadita de café habrá más que suficiente, así que un sólo bote dura tiempo mucho.

If you’ve never tried truffle oil before, this is your sign. One word: wow. The moment I drizzled this over my pasta, it felt like stepping into a high-end Italian restaurant. The aroma alone is incredible — earthy, luxurious, and full of depth — but the flavour? Unreal. What makes it amazing 🍄 Genuine truffle flavour — rich, not overpowering, and perfectly balanced 🫒 Made with extra virgin olive oil for a smooth base 🍝 Just a few drops transform any dish — pasta, risotto, even eggs or pizza 👌 A little goes a long way, so this 100ml bottle actually lasts longer than you’d think Heads up 💸 It’s not the cheapest oil, but the quality absolutely justifies the price 🧴 Bottle pours quickly, so go slow or you’ll overdo it Final thoughts This is the kind of ingredient that makes simple meals feel special. If you’re looking to elevate everyday cooking — especially pasta — this Black Truffle Oil is a game-changer. I’m officially hooked. Would give it six stars if I could.
