Ver well made. With the handles set outward on angles you can get the perfect hand placement for doing dips. Handles are very comfortable and well padded. Secures nicely on a 2 X 2 power cage. Perfect complement to my power cage.

Due to the low ceilings in my gym area, I have a short power rack. As a result, most other dip attachments would have me smacking my head on the pull-up bar because they sit between the uprights. Therefore, I was quite pleased to find an option that attaches to the outside of the rack. Though it is more expensive than these other offerings, it is really the only viable option, in my case. The attachment is a solid unit that I have no doubt can support my weight, and more, quite easily. I feel quite safe using it. The angled handles are nice as they allow varying grip width. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is that there are some shortcomings. The unit I received is actually made for 5/8" holes but came with a 1" adapter, which is different than pictured. This is not a huge deal but the adapter's set screw doesn't stay secure so I've had to tighten it a few times. To make matters worse, the set screw is Philips (rather than conventional hex) so there is a risk of stripping the screw each time I tighten it. I'll probably end up using some glue to alleviate this. As well, the attachment does not fit entirely snuggly against the rack. Again, not a huge deal and they do provide a couple of steel plates to wedge between the attachment to help with this but, for the cost this attachment, I had higher expectations.
