The replacement item arrived quickly and in excellent condition. It works smoothly and chops efficiently for daily kitchen use. The build quality feels sturdy, and charging is convenient. Performance is much better than expected for its size. Overall, I’m happy with the product and the replacement service.

While the product is immensely useful , helped chop a handful of veggies in a few seconds, the lifespan of it is terrible. I bought it in july, its now november and the motor of the chopper stopped working even after charging it. I kept it in proper condition also but still it gave out. Now sure how to fix it but really expensive for a short lifespan. Get an extended warranty while youre at it!

I have been using this product for 5 months now and it is a great help. The concept, price and value of money is good. Very easy, safe to use and does the work in minutes. For a small family this chopper helps immensely while cooking. The only downside is the quality. Like I said, it lasted great for 5 months and now I am having difficulties charging, or using it. The charging cable is too short. I hope they improve the quality.
