pretty light
Light is in my dining room. Looks nice. Warm light bulbs. Room looks nice when light is turned on.

Installation Instructions are not user friendly.
Product was relatively inexpensive. The instructions to put the parts together was not helpful at all. The diagram was not matching the actual parts that were included. In addition, there were no written instructions , or step by step instructions. Luckily I was able to figure it out or else I would have returned it.

Metal Shade support was not attached. Had to glue ...
Metal Shade support was not attached. Had to glue it down. Instructions were difficult. Screw in attachment would not screw all the way in. Hard to figure out how to insert the glass diffuser without damaging it. Hoped the electrical cord looped they more of the chain, we zip tied it so it didn’t dangle loose. Not sure if I’d suggest it fir purchase.

Diffuser is chipped/does not lay flush
It is a nice looking light but the diffuser came with a chip in it and is very hard to install. It does not fit correctly. It does not lay flush with edge of shade.

Poorly constructed shade
Love the fixture and quick to install but the shade is poorly constructed with several flaws. The piping along the rim is glued crooked and the seams are uneven.
