Insect Lore Original Butterfly Pavilion

I bought two of these to supplement our topic work in school, all of the children loved it. I think that my class of 8/9 year old will remember it for a long time and the work that they did independently was terrific, it really sparked their imaginations!On a negative note, I thought that the kits were over priced, especially considering that the caterpillars have to be ordered separately (£3.99 p&p x2 due to two kits being ordered)That aside, I think it was worth it for my children to experience a life cycle that has left them with an appreciation of nature and the world around them.

Good educational toy. Granddaughter loved it.

Bought this for my grandson, he absolutely loved it. In fact the whole family enjoyed watching it through its various stages. Well worth the money, friends that have seen it are going to buy it.

It is a great pitty that the illustration shows the far superior Butterfly Pavillion. What you get is just a taller version of the Butterfly Garden. I do not think the word "Giant" is applicable. Once again we see a quality product made poorer. I own several Pavillions and Gardens and have always felt them to be quality products, however if the Butterfly Pavillion has been discontinued it is time to find an alternative. Insect Lore have lost my custom.

Great present kids loved watching them turn into butterflies and then releasing them and good value for money. Would deff recommend it

Was very disappointed no actual caterpillars came with the item, these have to be sent for once the pavilion arrives, at an extra cost of £ 3,99. Very misleading and very disappointing for my granddaughter having to wait another week to receive everything to enable her to begin growing these
