So pleased with this necklace, my daughter has epilepsy and I hated her going out alone. All the necklaces we found were ugly and she really didn't want one untill we found this. She loves it and is always getting comments on how lovely it is.

With all the other medical tags you have to buy a new one if your meds change, or anything else for that matter. This one, you simply update your info! Well worth the money.

With the T bar lock it has fell off 3 times. Not secure so can be easily list. Either change the lock or supply a lock

A family member ordered this for me and I'm glad they did. I have a number of medical conditions including severe asthma and am unfortunately on a lot of medication and have been hospitalised a number of times this year. Having this bracelet means that I can list all my medications as well other important information including photos of hospital letters.The bracelet fits nicely. Took about a week to arrive.I had problems logging in after the initial set up so emailed customer services who have been really helpful and were able to resolve the problem.

Sorry to say I can’t activate this QR tag on my medical id bracelet. I’ve contacted their tech support, I receive an email asking for a picture of the QR tag which I’ve sent them. I never hear back after sending them a clear picture. This is why they’re receiving 1 star. I wish I could sent this piece of muck back, it’s over 30 days. I don’t recommend these bracelets. I like the idea of scanning your medical information and you can update your information without having to purchase another bracelet.
