This stuff has been amazing! Be careful as it may cause some stomach upset. I only take one after breakfast and that works for me. It got me down the last stubborn ten pounds and I've kept it off. I can't live without this! I also take the tumeric supplement once after breakfast and once with my magnesium before bed.

Shipping was a nightmare and only had the package due to a kind neighbor who was looking for her own package and spotted mine which was left in a bizarre place. I used the product as directed and took most of the bottle but finally had to give up. It was making my blood pressure go crazy high, I felt unwell and did not loose an ounce. Now, understand, I have lost 80 pounds over the last 2+ years and did not use any program of any kind. So going a whole month losing nothing was infuriating. I have only been eating food that are well balanced and healthy to lose the 80#s and never have gained an ounce back. I cannot do any of his exercises and the product was promised to be refunded if it did not work for me. I contacted the company and said it did not work for me so they responded with a full page of how to get refunded (for only 2 products a year) or I could simply take a $25 refund without returning any product. I think I know how someone feels taking speed. Please be careful about any of these products. I still have not found a clear description of the ingredients in any of their products. The story continues but I think you get the gist. Your call but for me, what a nasty way to do business.

Let me start of saying I've only been taking this for a month. I wasn't constantly taking it everyday in the beginning so I have started taking daily. I can't really comment on any lbs shredded just yet. I'll update next month. I will say I didn't start feeling like I had energy at first which is partly why I wasn't motivated to take them but towards the end I can feel the difference again that's my fault and I will update later. However, is it supposed to make me hungry? I noticed I eat more than I usually eat. It's not really helping with eating but then again that wasn't my issue I barely could eat maybe I wasn't eating enough? Idk lol and to be clear I love food so I wasn't taking two bite and then I'm full on purpose. I am happy to be able to eat a full meal but maybe twice a day as opposed to eating little bites throughout the day. I feel more energy to do things so I'm happy to continue this journey. Will update after my second full bottle. Overall I feel like this is a good product. My goal is to drop 30lbs and get back to my usual weight of 145.

I read all the low star reviews. The ingredients by themselves are fantastic ingredients. If one-two capsules are taken without food there will be stomach issues regardless of the manufacturer. Some stomachs do not get bothered by supplements while others do. I used 1 per day in the morning with my breakfast. I was focused on losing the visceral fat on my back from perimenopause/hormone shifts. In 45 days it was gone. I have recommended this product to several friends.
