I love this. Just one a day gives me all the energy I need to last well into the evening and I work very long days. No jitters whatsoever, would definitely recommend.

This wasn’t for me the caffeine made my heart race . But I’m on slit of RX meds do I’m sure it was just me

1 week in: (only taken twice)It works well for me, I get slight jitters but not big enough to get worried about since caffine (even with l-thetamine) always gives me jitters. My energy level raises enough for me to be awake, and be a little bit more prone to exercise, sing, or dance but its controllable. the low price did seem suspicious to me though so its worth looking into, but i havent noticed any issues so far.

I love this stuff. I didn't know what to expect because I've had so many other things I've tried that didn't do squat. 😂 But even with just one pill, I got this gradual and lasting energy that lasted so much longer than I expected it to... But I wasn't super hyped up and anxious or jittery and there was not a crash afterwards either, just an energy boost when I needed it. That's really hard to find and especially for such a good price. I'm definitely keeping this for when I have to work late or get up super early! Great product:)

After just a few days of taking this supplement I noticed a considerable effect on my mood and focus, in addition to increased energy. I have not experienced any jitters or shakiness that accompany coffee or tea consumption. I am grateful to have found this supplement!
