I bought a computer desk on Amazon, and bought the Asurian protection for it. I bought the two years protection and after a year of useing the desk one of the leg's broke. When I reported this to Asurian, in approximately one week I received a check for the full price of the desk. I cannot believe how easy Asurian is to work with, and how fast I received my check. I will always buy Asurian protection anytime it is offered by Amazon. Thank you, Asurian.

It keeps telling me, I need to wait for arrival to use it. The chair I purchased with this 2 year warranty is broken, the gas height adjustment won't stay up. So we wasted $12 something for a warranty that we cannot use. Thanks Assurance company.

I liked the ease of assembly and the individual parts feel solid. When it was completely assembled it was wobbly side to side. We have a smaller shower chair from years ago and it is solid and steady as a rock. There is no wobbling. The one I ordered is for my 85 year old mother and I need something that is solid, steady and sturdy. Thanks
