These are GREAT! No leaking, will handle 2 uses and then must be discarded. HOWEVER, it is more comfortable after 1 use. 2 uses make it feel HEAVY. But cannot see through clothing and feels good against your skin. Very good fit like panties. Expensive but well worth it.

The only postpartum diaper you need! These are so comfy, I never leaked, and I ended up using the whole pack. Loved the stretchy waistband so they fit while my belly was changing sizes over the first few weeks. Honestly preferred these over the giant pads! And great for sticking ice packs and stuff in. I even gifted a pack to my pregnant friend cuz they’re that good! I’m 5’4” and about 140lbs. Would normally have thought to get the S/M for myself but soo happy I got the large because they fit my pregnant/postpartum belly way more comfy and weren’t too tight around the legs or anything. Will be purchasing for next birth!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I picked this product based on online research and customer reviews on Amazon. Absorbency: I'm very impressed with this product, Discreet Maximum Hold underwear, because the undies are very lightweight and feel cool on, but I can attest that they hold a full bladder amount of liquid without leaking. I was skeptical so I put them to the test and couldn't believe how well this works. That means that on long car or plane trips, where bathrooms are not always nearby, I'll be able to use these to cover potential accidents. I'm a 70 year old woman who's getting her life back, and able to relax about leaving the house now.. These work better than pads. And best of all, you really can't tell you're wearing them, even with shorts or slim fitting pants. So if you're wondering about the absorbancy of these, I can tell you it works. I'm 5'2 and 136 pounds and the Small/Medium fit perfectly. Hope this helps any other customer.

These were great for after birth! I would size up in case you swell if you are getting these for birth.

These were ESSENTIAL to my postpartum recovery!! I bought these in preparation for my c-section and they supported me from the night my water broke up until 6 weeks pp. They not only worked well but provided comfort to me throughout my hospital stay and pp weeks at home. I HIGHLY recommend these. It was one last thing I had to think about during my recovery.

I got these for postpartum. They're 1 of 5 brands I tried and these were by far my favorite. They're relatively subtle under clothes and they aren't super bulky. They have double elastic around the legs to prevent leaking and I felt pretty secure in them. And they were just overall pretty comfortable. I also really like that they aren't scented. I tried the normal Always Discreet and hated the scent, but these are great and unscented. They definitely aren't the cheapest option, but of all the diapers I tried, these are the only ones I will order again. They're also the only ones that I wasn't eagerly looking forward to finishing the pack.

I have to wear everyday. I am sensitive to the regular ones and break out in a rash. These are great. No rash no leaks durable stretch . And with subscribe and save they are a good value

These incontinence underwear do a good job. My Loved One has sensitive skin now, and the underwear do keep her feeling drier, with much less chafing during the day. As she is a heavy wetter, I also like that when we are away from home for extended periods of time, I can use the underwear along with the Always brand bladder leak pads, which allow for added the extra protection, and can be changed several times before the underwear need to be replaced, which obviously makes visits to the restroom much quicker, since we don't need to take of shoes and pants to give her fresh and dry protection.
