I have to take large quantities of vitamin D. Switched from my regular brand to Thorne because noticed some insufficiency with my regular brand. Use other Thorne products and they are excellent. So is this vitamin D supplement, it is excellent. Bit pricey but worth the $$

These capsules are so tiny, they're easy to swallow, so I don’t mind taking them. Trying to get my Vit D levels up.

This Vitamin D 10,000 works really well. My number was at 19 and I tried other brands including the prescription from my dr and nothing worked, and all the other brands gave me acne. I recently checked my levels ands now I’m at 42, and no acne. Worth it!

I don’t buy any other brand.
