Thanks for asking! Your Corefirst comes with our small/door anchor which can easily be slipped through the hinge side of a door. A high grade marble is sewn into the anchor to prevent slipping once the door is closed. It can also be looped around small poles, bars, railings or legs of heavy pieces of furniture or fitness equipment!

The Corefirst Trainer can absolutely be used in an apartment. Depending on the amount of space you have available to do your workouts, you may need to shorten the trainer. The Corefirst Trainer can be anchored through the hinge of a door, piece of furniture, railing or pole that you have available within your living space.

Hello! Thank you for your question. Yes it is possible to have all of that. You would purchase the Corefirst Complete system and the Corefirst Pilates add-on. That would give you all sets of resistance (light, medium, and heavy), a large anchor, the strength poster, and the Pilates Program plus, Sliders and the pilates poster. Does that help?
