Excellent video quality and very simple to use understand that this camera does not connect to home WiFi but transmits its own WiFi signal so your phone can connect to it and download pictures and videos

A great trail camera
We have five of these on our property up in the mountains and use the solar panel attachment to keep the battery charged. We started with one almost a year ago and in that time it has captured wildlife on an almost daily basis. We have so much fun arriving at our property and downloading all the videos our cameras capture. I'd highly recommend the GardePro E8P trail camera - it's worked flawlessly for us

Great trail camera.
Just opened the box and discovered " Requires a standard size SDHC ... ". So out of the box the camera will not work. I could not find in the Amazon listing a reference to this requirement. After receiving and installing the SD card, I am very pleased with the camera. It was easy to install and pair with the iPad. Set up was simple, and the optional battery pack is giving long life. Picture quality is very good and connecting to the iPad is simple. Overall we are pleased. Would be 5 stars if it shipped with a SD card so it was operational out of the box.

GuardPro Trail Cameras
These have worked quite well with totally usable image quality day or night. The infrared nighttime camera and torch system illuminated very well. The battery is large and runs in a protracted time window for days on end. The charging is through an antiquated USB mini port which was inconvenient but not fatal. The motion sensors can be set to just the right amount to exclude most false negatives and false positives. Mounting is adequate. It should be noted that though these say WiFi, it doesn't connect to your 'WiFi and connectivity is very limited and slow to your device.

AWESOME - at first
This camera was great for 2 weeks, then the microphone stopped working and now there's nothing but garbled sound and static. So I ordered a replacement. 2nd one came with mic issues. Not as staticky as the original ended up, but not nearly as nice as the original was when I first used it. The second one also has malfunctioning motion detection. Very sporadic and missing a lot - which I know because food disappears between long gaps in pictures/videos. Waiting for number 3, with high hopes, after a long chat with Amazon support - the first one really was great initially. My fingers are crossed. Will update if number 3 goes poorly...

No longer works after 15 months, 3 months past warranty
Upsides: 1.) The camera does a decent job of catching video/pictures. 2.) The battery lasts a *very* long time regardless of cold. Downsides: 1.) It is hard to connect to with an iPhone and takes several minutes each time. 2.) Downloading the videos takes a while and many come out choppy. 3.) Between the spring and summer while it was out on a trail (strapped to a tree, eye height), it got water in the supposedly water resistant insides and is no longer function. 4.) No response from the company about possibly extending the warranty, but it was at 15 months post purchase and they only warranty for one year on Amazon.

Works great, love the bluetooth though it is slow
I have several Gardepro cameras but the bluetooth is a game changer as I can tell if I have new videos without going out to retrieve the memory card. It's a little slow to connect from a distance but worth the effort.

Great camera!
So far it's great. I bought this camera with the SP300 solar panel. It replaces an older camera I had that used 8 AA batteries. I placed this camera at the end of our yard to observe the deer and other wildlife that pass through. I am real pleased with the video and photos I am getting from the GardePro E8P. I have the Photo quality set at 16 MP and Video at 1080P. I am also pleased with the solar panel. It may only get an hour or two of full direct sun every morning before it falls into the shade. It is keeping the camera charged at 100%. That's all I need it to do. I have attached a daytime video and photo. The night camera is equally as good but I failed to save a photo to post for this review.

Me encanta
