I have a 25lb pomeranian/terrier mix. should i go with a large or xl?

I have a cockapoo who has a size 12 neck? Would a mudium or small fit her better? (i heard the sizing is off)

Poor quality

Ordered small Outfit for my chihauhau the jacket fitted ok, the hat is very poor quality and arrived with a tear in it, there is also a very large unsightly label sewn to the outside of hat, which should be sewn onto the inside, the peak of hat is very wonky and doesn’t sit right. Happy if I could get a replacement hat?

Measured my dog and was coming up with xl size so i ordered the xl size and its too small so defiently order the size up compared to measurements

Size guide is completely wrong

Size is totally wrong, purchased large for small size Labrador and it was jack russel size then purchased extra large and it may fit a small spaniel if your lucky, very disappointed
