I am using this cord until I get power run out to the rv garage. I'm using two of them, so about 120' total from the 20A outlet to the RV (including the rv power cord itself). Running A/C at 17A, dropped from 117v at outlet, to 114v at outlet. No heat buildup at the plug ends after two hours. If one has a need for an excellent extension cord capable of carrying 20 amps, this is a great cord. Extremely flexible, and the bright, neon green makes it easy to see. Further, the plug ends are large, making them easy to plug in and unplug as needed.

We have a motorhome that we sometimes park in the yard and need to plug in to charge the batteries and run the AC when we are out there hanging out and working on the motorhome. While using regular household thinner extension cables then AC would only last a few minutes because the cable would get hot and the voltage would drop. It was worse in the super hot sun. We picked up this cable because it was thicker gauge and will hold the 15Amp power from end to end without loss so the AC could keep a constant flow of power. It is able to keep out AC going without issue. Should have picked up this extension cable years ago.

I bought this to run shore power from a 110 house outlet to my RV. I am running it through a 15 to 30 amp adapter purchased with it. I needed the larger wire and shorter lenght because my AC unit was over heating my number 12 cord and adapter plug. My AC unit draws 17amps which is slightly more than a the 15 amp house circuit I am using it with. The larger wire and shorter length work and do not overheat. It worked for me but use caution and monitor the connection point for heat build up. This is not advice and I am not an electrician.

The color was way off from what was pictured in the advertisement. That aside, this cord works as intended. It gives me the ability to use my 15amp electric log splitter 100’ away from my 15amp outlet. Expensive, but a good product.

If you’re going to run power out to 100’+ this is a good cord for heavy amp use during a power outage.

I use this cord to power up my rv when I bring it home to load up and get ready for camping trips. The cord has already started to fade after just a few uses but plastic is still firm and no cracking on the cord. This is a heavy cord but is flexible when it’s warm.

I use this cord for my camper when I can only plug into a standard outlet. This cord let me pull full power for my air conditioning even during a Tucson, AZ summer. Other cords overheated and tripped the outdoor GFI 15A breaker. I love the power indicator LEDs at each end. While thick, this cord coils well. The exterior insulation is excellent. The male and female end plugs are very well made. I would recommend this cord for any friend. While it isn't 'cute', if you want to buy a nice gift for that RVer in your life, I am SURE they will be very happy with this power cord.

I needed a 100 foot extension cord that was also 10 gauge to connect power to my vendor tent at a county fair. (The fair regulations stated it had to be at least 100 ft and 10 gauge). This cord did the trick. The pretty green color made it stand out from other people's cords. Every time I use it someone compliments me on my heavy duty cord. It's kind of heavy to lug around and not the easiest for me to roll up, since I have short arms, but if a person can love an extension cord, I love mine! I didn't like having to spend the money, but now that I have, I couldn't be happier.
