I ordered this multivitamin after a conversation with my primary care regarding specific supplements I should be taking due to a thyroid condition. I decided to go with a multivitamin versus opting for taking multiple vitamins. This was one of the few options that had everything suggested with appropriate quantities I was looking for with a good source for each. So far I've been only taking 1 capsule (the daily recommended is 2). I personally like to work my way up to the recommended daily dose, and I'm glad I did. I've had the vitamin burps for the first few days, this has dialed back after about a week. It also makes my urine smell like vitamins also (does make me wonder how much is absorbing though). I don't believe I've been on it long enough to say that it's making a difference, but I will say I have noticed a slight decrease in the amount of hair I've had falling out.I also want to note, the bottle size is incredibly over sized for the quantity inside the bottle. It is a 60 count and is maybe a third full. This is super unnecessary and to me is a marketing tactic.

I’be been taking this as my multi since January last year and can say I can tell a huge difference in my mental state between the days I take this and when I’ve missed a couple days. No smell or taste. The mood and stress support definitely do their job. I take it at night as my anxiety starts before I wake up and it helps to keep my mind at ease and wake up without having racing thoughts.

Great product

I did a lot of research before purchasing this multivitamin because I was looking for something specific. Not only did I want a solid daily vitamin to give me essential nutrients, but I was also looking for something to lower my cortisol levels. I researched what were the best supplements to help lower stress/cortisol levels and this contains basically everything other than lemon balm which I just bought seperately.I've been taking this for almost 2 months now and can really see a difference. My energy levels are great, my mood has improved, I am not as anxious, im more focused(I am the ADHD so that's helpful), my PMDD symptoms are nowhere near as bad(IYKYK), and I sleep better at night.This is the first and only thing that I have on subscribe and save so I feel like that says something about this product. I definitely won't be going a day without them and they are worth a try!

These pills caused an uncomfortable feeling in my esophagus, seeming like they were slowly going down... They didn't go down smooth like other vitamins I have taken my whole life. I was relieved when I ran out and immediately switched to a different brand.

I like that these do not have a strong smell. They’re great vitamins and I trust the ingredients. They’re pretty easy to swallow as well
