This is an excellent product. I am 67 years old and have been taking it for two months. I feel great and don't feel like I am dragging a ball and chain like I used to. I followed the dosing instructions and then slowly increased. The stuff coming out in my urine truly scared me. I continued to take it because my energy was so much better and my mind was clearer. I truly believe this product may have saved my life.

In December of 2024 I got a calcium score on the advice of my PC. The score was a sky high 916 / 1000!! Shocked my PC. It was weird. I felt fine and outwardly was in pretty good shape with minimal body fat. My blood pressure was ~125/85. Started seeing a cardiologist right away. We talked about options and, because I was already in good physical condition from working out several times a week and watching my diet, he did not want to do a stent. Just keep doing what I was doing to keep my arteries open. He told me there's nothing I could do except surgery to reduce the calcified plaque. I did a lot of research looking for anything to minimize and or remove the plaque. I discovered some studies about the effects of nattokinase and after consulting my PC and cardiologist I began to give it a try in early March, 10,668 FU caplets (4 of the Naturebell (8000/3=2667) daily with a meal. Exercise at least 3x a week, little to no alcohol, really watch my diet (lots of veggies), very little red meat and fatty food, minimal sodium intake. No side effects. After 5 months and just before my next cardiologist appointment I got another calcium score. It dropped 56 points to 860! Both my PC and cardiologist were shocked (their words). Neither had seen scores go down without surgery. My cardiologist said keep doing what I'm doing and he'd see me in a year. Blood pressure is better too 115/75. Anyway, keeping at it and feeling hopeful.

There have been older studies and recent documentation suggesting high(er) doses of Nattokinase appears to have contributed to normalization of blood pressure and possibly reduction of arterial plaque of up to 33%. Studies of this nature were not totally "controlled", and the most widely documented was 10,800FU for the beneficial results. Considering the price/dosage ratio, I have been using this product for a few months. While I cannot personally verify the quality or current results of this product compared to others, I found this product to be the most affordable for the approximate 10,800FU daily dosage.

This is effective and doesn’t have a bad taste at all.

My caromed artery test from last year to this year showed a improvement I do use a bottle then cycle off for a month i also only take 1 in the morning and 1 at night5 days a week
