The small handheld works a little bit on stairs but you really have to scrape hard and I’m afraid it won’t hurt my carpet the tall one to do area rugs and runners. I went to use it one time and when I pulled back the handle broke.

I was skeptical about these tools. But I was pleasantly surprised by how well they did. I was even more surprised by the amount of dog was left in my carpet even after I vacuumed!

The smaller one is 10x better than the rake. The rake is good for maintaining, but construction is weak and will snap if you put too much pressure on it. Can’t say enough good things about the hand held one! I mean, look at the picture!! That was AFTER VACUUMING!

The handle has fallen apart on me several times. It's flimsy, the head seems strong though. It does get some of the fun fur out of the rug that the vacuum misses, but I'm not sure it's worth the money. Combs work great and I can get those at the dollar store.

I was astonished when I vacuumed before testing it to see how well it works! I was amazed at the quantity of dog hair it extracted that the vacuum had overlooked. I intend to use it on all the rugs throughout the house!
