Good and cheap
This was my first watch with blood pressure reading. I am not a fan of smarter watches because of battery life. I'm used to changing watch batteries in years and not days. There is no way I will be taking off my watch everyday and charging it. I was worried that this one would be like that but I was surprised. Compared to my Mi Band 4 it has many more features and lasts close to as long. Well over a week. I only have 2 complaints: it doesn't integrate with my other sleep tracking apps and the microphone for calls was bad but I'd rather use earbuds or the phone itself for calls. A good prices for a great looking watch.

Love it
I am thoroughly impressed with this activity tracker! The 1.46" big screen provides a clear and vibrant display, making it easy to navigate through its multitude of features. The flashlight on the wrist is a brilliant addition, offering convenience in various situations. The military-grade standard ensures durability, and the Bluetooth phone calls with built-in speaker and mic make communication seamless. With over 110 sports modes, heart rate, blood pressure, and blood oxygen monitors, sleep tracking, and more, it covers all aspects of my health and fitness. The long-time standby, weather forecast, music control, and sedentary reminder enhance its functionality. The remote camera shooting and voice assistant make it a versatile companion. Moreover, features like breath guide, timer, stopwatch, calorie counter, notifications, cycle tracking, time display, and touch screen add significant value. This product has exceeded my expectations, offering a comprehensive and reliable solution for an active and healthy lifestyle!

Great overall value for the price
Overall, this is a good product. The flashlight is an amazingly handy feature. I wish it were more easily activated, like with a button on the watch rather than going into the settings menu. The position of it is great for me because I wear the watch on my right wrist, so the light shines forward. If I put the watch on my left wrist though, it would shine backwards. Unfortunately, when I wear the watch on my right wrist, the scroll button is put in an awkward position to use. The touch screen helps with that. I like being able to swipe right to get to the apps menu, but you cannot swipe to get back out of it if you're using style 4 (the circular app menu). You have to use the scroll button to return to the watch. Why not replace the scroll button with a flashlight on/off button and leave the scrolling to the touchscreen? Also, the ideal position for the flashlight, for right and left handed users, would be the top of the screen. The number of apps you can get quick access to by swiping left is limited. For example, you can't choose to have easy access to the calculator. You'll have to go to the apps menu and scroll to it. Another app that I'd like to access quickly, but can't, is the voice assistant. The voice assistant makes up for some of the weak points in the watch's apps. For example, the weather forecast is NOT a forecast, it'll only show the current weather, not the week's forecast. If you want tomorrow's weather, you'll need to use the voice assistant and get your answer thru your phone. The sports apps all seem to measure the same thing. It seems like they could be reduced to one app and take up less real estate on the watch. The breathing app is cute, but how many people really need it to breathe deeply? I love the BPM, heart rate, oxygen and sleep monitor. These are useful health related apps. The speaker/mic is good for the phone, however I cannot get it to play music remotely to fully evaluate it. It will only play music thru your phone's speaker, not the watch's. --This may be something I haven't figured out yet, because the instructions for the watch are minimal. Some of the watch's features must be adjusted through the FitCloudPro app, like using imperial measurements (farenheit, inches, etc.) The compass seems impressive and is a great addition for those of us who like to turn a specific direction in prayer daily, i.e. Jews, Christians, Muslims, Baha'is, etc. I can't speak to it's accuracy and reliability on the hiking trail though. It also seems to need calibrating frequently. You can change the dial face whenever you like, which is cool! But, you can only download one dial face at a time. You can't remove the ones preloaded on the watch and the selection is limited if you prefer simplicity like I do. The watchface also tends to change frequently by accident if you bump the orange knob. It would be better if it were a little harder to switch watch faces. Another reason to change the orange scroll knob. The calender is a nice feature, but it is just a calender. I wish it could show my agenda from the phone and see what I've got scheduled for the day. It's not very useful otherwise. This is another feature where the voice assistant can compensate for. But hey, this is a forty bucks watch! It is amazing when you consider all you're getting for that price. Other people have complained about the durability of this watch. I've had it for over a year now and it works as fine now as it did when I bought it. So, for me, it's been a great value overall! I leave it at four instead of five stars, because of the too easy to turn scroll knob, the empty calender, the current weather only forecast... and the flashlight's awkward position for those who wear the watch on their left wrist.

Unreliable
Operated well at first, after a couple times in pool it started to fail to turn on even though it had sufficient charge on it. Would not recommend. Spend a little more an get a better, reliable watch.

Well worth the $30 price at the time I bought it
It works. Not a brilliant design or a versatile product but if you want to track your steps and your heart rate and have the information show up in your iPhone health app, it will do that. If your question is "is this watch okay to buy even though it's cheap?" the answer is yes, absolutely. If your question has to do with whether it's good compared to its competition, this is not the watch for you and maybe you should wait until you get your next paycheck so you can get the earth you want. Built cheaply but seems sturdy. The flashlight points in the wrong direction if you wear your watch on your left arm, and you have to go into the menu to turn it on. But I repeat that this is a $30 watch that I can make a phone call with (useless feature but you can) and the light is still brighter than the ones I had as a kid.
