I purchased these for a friend who is fighting lung cancer . He told me that these were absolutely delicious and he had a hard time eating just a couple a day as recommended on the package because they are so good . The quality, freshness, organic content and size are all great and exactly what he was looking for . He is very hopeful for the added health benefits while going through this difficult time . I will be purchasing more for him and myself in the future .

Bitter after the bite…but then it gets better.Trust…you will not snack a handful of these…just three at a time will do the body just fine. Your mouth will thank you.

Super bitter. I hope it’s has real health benefits as I read. Now, it’s well packed, it’s easy to open, seems to be good quality and is small, hence easy to eat or swallow.

I really wanted to like this brand. The price was right and the reviews were high. Unfortunately, they were dried out, flat, and not as bitter as my usual brand (Sarek's). Going back. Sorry, not recommended.

These are a little sweeter than other brands I've tried. Also, many of the kernels do not appear to be especially fresh - of course, I know these are dried, but they're not supposed to be all shriveled up.
