This is amazing! The packaging is exactly as advertised. It says it is bitter apricot seeds, but the taste is not bad. I eat 3 a day and LOVE it. Just remember not to eat a lot of these seeds a day as it is not good to do that

These are really good yes they're bitter but their supposed to be I grind mine up and take them that way the bag is resealable and there's a lot in the bag I will reorder

Super bitter. I hope it’s has real health benefits as I read. Now, it’s well packed, it’s easy to open, seems to be good quality and is small, hence easy to eat or swallow.

14.5 ounces doesn't sound like a lot and I didn't expect it to be much but I was surprised at how much is in the package. At 3 seeds per day these will last a long time. They are very well packaged with a resealable bag. I'm happy with my purchase and will definitely purchase again.

This brand generally tastes as it should. Apricot kernels are bitter. But other brands do a better job at sorting. Many of the kernels are broken or shriveled. Enough of them were usable, so I didn't return the bag. Today, I found a rock.
