I used Alamased in the early 2000s . It has the most natural Ingredients. It already has your yogurt, honey, and vitamins that you need every day. Which makes The value worth it because you don’t have to add extra Essential ingredients. My body can tell a difference whenever I don’t use the shake. I do at least two shakes a day, one with just a little added blueberries and a half of banana the other I add a little peanut butter, hazelnut and espresso. I feel full for hours. Out of all the shakes on the market, you will not get one that works as well as this does and tastes great too. I’m 66 years old and just want to maintain and lose a little in my stomach. So far I’ve lost 6 pounds in a couple of weeks. Thanks Almased. I will always keep this product on hand. Feeling great in lower Alabama.

This product works. I have lost 15 pounds in four weeks. The taste is OK, but try to drink it as cold as possible.

Useful for protein supplementation/weight loss support. I am taking the Mounjaro shot and often feel hungry as the day progresses. Starting off the day with Almased gives me that extra boost and helps stabilize the appetite. Only thing is I adjust the serving size to half and take it with my breakfast. Was not interested in using it as meal replacement as I think too many of us - especially obese people-have lost the ability to navigate eating whole foods and this has contributed to overall lack of proper diet and nutients. I mix Almased with Almond milk thoroughly to aid digestion as it tends to be lumpy. Good product!

I bought this in vanilla and made it with unsweetened vanilla almond milk. I thought the taste was great kinda tasted like cake batter. I used a Shaker bottle and shook it very well and did not find it to be gritty. I just started on February 1st 2026 and we'll see how well it works. Will update results in about a week.

Good and shipping was fine. Expensive, though, and the scoop is only a tablespoon - I was hoping for a bigger one.

Losing 20 lbs with Almased has been easy, and I love the taste of the vanilla! Super easy to mix and you don't need to add anything but water. It keeps me satisfied between meals and gives me the protein I need to maintain muscle during the weight loss. Taking it a couple times per day really helped me lose weight quickly.
