Stiff enough to stir with, and flexible enough to scrape with. Very nice.

Perform well
These spatulas are a little thicker than I'm used to, but they perform well in scraping out a Vita-Mix blender. The blade seems to be very non-stick. The blade is on tight and does not fall off or need extra cleaning. The only drawback really is that the blades are blunt, and don't scrape as cleanly as a more pointed blade.

Careful what you buy: These are very large COMMERCIAL spatulas and too big for most home uses
Good quality, but they are much larger than I expected. Too big for use in my home kitchen. I found a use for them in my garden shed.

Missing the old fashioned spatula
These are very basic and just ok. I kiss the old fashioned spatulas that were softer and had wooden handles.
