Originally I bought a really cheap MAD device to see if it helped, it was just one that was 1 piece mouldable rubber, and for first couple of months it really helped. Then I started getting jaw pain. Dentist told me to get a better one that allowed my jaw to flex when sleeping.I went for this one! 2 pieces separated with adjustable links.Moulded them to my teeth as per the instructions, the hard trays making them VERY bulky in the mouth. the linkage system is basic and annoying with the little sticky out tabs pressing into your outer cheaks, not enough to cause pain but not very comfortable when laying on your side pressing them into yourself.After a couple of weeks tring to get used to this device and serious jaw and teeth pain I decided enough was enough and am looking to another solution to help me sleep.This device really pulls on your teeth, every morning my teeth were aching and my jaw joints too. I tried several diffeent lengths of adjustment, but in the end the bulky nature of the hard plates and teeth pain were enough for me to give up on this £100 device!!!! Value for money 0/10......some plastic bits for 100 quid, they are praying on peoples desperation to get better sleep. Avoid in my opinion!

Easy to mould. Some trial and error fitting side pieces to create the right position for the lower jaw. Worth persevering. Quieter sleep and fewer problems with dry mouth or sore throats.

DO NOT BUY. DO NOT BUY.. worst thing I have ever purchased..cheap cumbersome and impossible to fit in mouth without gagging..It is ridiculous

Takes a bit of time (5-10 days) to get used to but both I and my partner now sleep through the night. Worth every penny

Please do not waste your money, unless you have a jaw the size of a horse this product is impossible to wear. Its marketed as soft, but its as hard as a rock. The back molar section is so wide, I can not imagine it fits any human mouth. I asked for a refund on the basis its not fit for use, and they didn't even reply. Utterly impractical
