I love this vibration plate. It is easy to use and the price was just right. I bought it used like new and couldn't be happier. I use it almost every day morning and night and feel a difference in my circulation I would highly recommend this for the price and quality. It is not too noisy and very easy to operate it does come with a remote control and two resistance bands.

This was my first vibration plate purchase. We have had it for several months and I have nothing negative to say about it. I have osteoarthritis, degenerative conditions in my spine/hip, and muscle inflammation. It doesn’t completely relieve the pain, but it definitely assists in relaxing things. It’s quiet, and very easy to use. If you live in a house with pets, the nubbies do collect hair but it is easy to vacuum. It also assists with digestive challenges (relieving troublesome gas). Would definitely recommend.

The vibration plate was great but I had to return it due to health issues.

I’m really enjoying this AXV vibration platform and I have noticed my legs are not as swollen. I told my doctor and she wants me to keep using it at least15 minutes a day. Both my legs were swollen and with this I can exercise them both at the same time. It is very easy to work and with the remote I don’t have to get down on the floor to activate it. I wish I had known about it sooner.

It was good had a lot of settings . Too strong for me as I am older so I returned it for a less powerful one
