I love this thing
First of all, I absolutely recommend this item.Whenever my child would have a diaper rash (which wasn't all that often) this was great for applying the diaper rash cream on him. My husband and I really do not like having certain types of materials touch our skin and cream happens to be one of them, so this was perfect for us.I also loved the little travel-sized one, as it made it super easy to throw in the diaper bag and use on the go.

Baby must have
I know for some people this is a luxury baby item but for me it’s a must!!!! It always wigged me out that people swear ointment on baby’s butt with those finger 😖. I like this set because I keep one on changing station and little one with the case in the diaper bag.

Indispensable
I bought one of these before my baby arrived thinking it would rarely get used. My husbabd thought it was a joke. Ended up using it so often that I bought this set so we could have one upstairs and another for the diaper bag. Easy to use and easy to clean (I just wipe it off using the inside of my baby's clean diaper). Much easier to use the "butt spatula" than using my hands and having to clean them off while wrangling an infant.

Didn't Think I'd Need One, Now I Get It!
When our newborn arrived, it felt like we were in a never-ending cycle of diaper changes for those first couple of weeks. We were being super careful to use diaper cream every single time to keep any redness away, and that's where this Bumco brush thing actually turned out to be pretty great.ProsNo More Goopy Fingers: This is the big one for me. I just really didn't like getting that thick, pasty diaper cream all over my hands, especially when trying to juggle a squirmy baby. This little spatula keeps my hands clean, which feels like a small victory every time.Spreads Like a Dream: The silicone tip is soft and flexible, not stiff or scratchy. It just glides the cream on nice and evenly. When my baby boy's skin was looking a bit pink and angry, it was good to know I could get a decent layer of cream on without rubbing too hard or it feeling like I was just pushing it around.Actually Helped With Rashes: We had a few bouts of that typical rashy bottom, and being able to lather on a good amount of cream easily with this definitely seemed to help it clear up quicker. It just made the whole process feel more effective than when I was just dabbing with a finger.Way Better Than Q-Tips for This: I briefly considered Q-tips for targeted spots, but for general application, this is way more practical. You get better coverage without using a million of them. The Little Mini One is Smart: It comes with a smaller version that has its own little carrying case. Perfect for tucking into the diaper bag without it getting gross.Cons:Super Precise Spots: If I was trying to get cream right on a super tiny specific red spot, sometimes aiming the spatula head was a little less direct than just using a pinky finger would have been. But for overall coverage, it’s great.Another Thing to Wipe Down: It’s one more item to clean after a diaper change. Not a huge deal – it cleans off easily with a wipe or a quick rinse – but it's still an extra step. This little tool has made diaper duty just a bit less messy and a bit more manageable, especially during that intense newborn phase. If you’re debating it, I’d say it’s one of those simple things that actually makes a difference. It’s earned its spot on our changing table.

Must have!
I’ve seen many people say not to waste your money on this product, but I highly disagree. I bought one before my son was born and still use it to this day (he’s now 1 year and 9 months). I’m currently pregnant with my second and just bought 2 more. This works great to spread on diaper balm and cream without getting your fingers sticky.
