I was a bit hesitant to buy this product based upon the reviews about horrible taste — but my inclination was to think it’s a good source of vitamins Bs. I just put it under my tongue. The taste was delightful. I am not a vegan so I may not even lack B12 or any of them. My diet is good. Still, while my health is pretty good, it’s not perfect. I am in the habit of slowly and incrementally improving my lifestyle. So can I say after 2 days is this doing anything? Well, no. But for sure I will take this daily at least till the bottle runs out and then decide. I also just started adding a bit more magnesium. So all round most of the time it’s kinda hard to decipher. I don’t go to have my blood tested anymore or to the doctor. I did read that if you are not low on Bs adding more in won’t really do anything.

My mother in law said her neurologist told her that vitamin B won’t be absorbed in pill form so she recommended for me to get a dissolvable pill. Amazon didn’t have those but it did have this. Ratings were pretty good so I took a chance. I’m trying to improve my mood, my energy levels, my cognitive functions, and my sleep quality naturally so that I can wean myself off the SSRI I am taking. Well I forgot to take it today but I did take a serving of the liquid Vitamin B last night and I can already tell a difference in my mood. Normally a missed dose would cause a roller coaster of irritability but today was pretty smooth sailing and taking this vitamin b is the only thing I have really changed so I’m going to assume it’s from that. As far as the taste, it’s different but it’s still easily consumed. I will come back in about a month (or whenever I remember) to update on the results. So far, so good though!

I read that B vitamins, support your mitochondria and telemers, to help regenerate our aging bodies so I got this methylated B vitamin complex (supposed to be more absorbable), which are drops that you put under your tongue for 30 seconds. The taste is fine and I do feel a difference in energy. And happy bonus, my urine doesn’t smell like the vitamins and I don’t get a vitamin B rush. It’s just gently feeling more energy throughout the day.

I'm sure it works great One of my sisters takes this but the taste and smell to me reminds me of baby vitamins so it's hard for me to take it

It arrived quickly and was properly sealed and packaged.I am impressed with this B Complex. It doesn't repeat on me as tablets do and highly absorbable. And after only taking 1/2 recommended dose daily for a week after food I could feel positive effects. I am very sensitive to niacin and I haven't had skin reaction.Overall great product for me.Hope this review helps and of course everyone may react differently to any supplement.

It works, it has been a week that I have been taking the product. I am more energized throughout the day all day and I sleep better. I ordered more so I will never be without. Game changer for me at 65.

The smell reminds me of infant polyvisol drops. I mix them in iced tea to help with the taste. I have also ordered other drops from this brand name and I have no complaints. I rotate what I take daily so I may not get all of the benefits daily. My hair has been growing really fast though.

I’m on day two. Yesterday I put it under my tongue as stated held it there for 30 seconds, finally put my tongue all the way down and it triggered instant gag reflex!! Just a side note brushing my teeth gives gag reflex. But, anyways got it down. I could taste it all the rest of the day. Today I pour juice into a shot glass and added the drops, much easier to get down, no gagging, however I do have a slight aftertaste. As for all that it’s supposed to do I will let you know, so stay tuned. If it works I will work with the taste.
