The watch is bulky, my son didnt like it. It did not say it needed a sim card to use. Customer service said the Nano sim was built in, but the instructions said to purchase a speedtalk sim card. I am looking for a watch where he can receive calls and texts via Bluetooth. Not looking to pay for another plan to use the watch.

The watch for the most part was great. My daughter easily figured out how it worked and was able to use all the functions. The tracker app worked most of the time. Sometimes it would show an old location, that it hadn't updated in real time or just show offline. Then one day the watch turned off and never turned back on. We had it roughly 4 months before it stopped working.

I highly recommend your intended cell phone carrier BEFORE purchasing to verify if this watch is compatible.Unfortunately, ATT was unable to connect the watch via nano SIM due to the cell receptors being non-U.S. specific; therefore, I was forced to return this product.

It has a apt amount of features which is required for a kids watch.I wanted to make sure my daughter to be able to make simple calls and text .This works good for this.

Montre parfaite à un détail près, il n'y a pas la fonction torche. Sinon mes enfants ne s'en passent plus, ils avaient déjà eu une montre connectée archi nulle. Celle ci est top parfois je joue avec. Et la fonction appel marche très bien le son est parfait.
