Turns my urine bright yellow which is a sign of too much b2 which can be bad for you. Other than that I like the packaging but the 1 tablet is way too big. I like that it comes with an app for meals and exercises. But the pills and dosing need adjustments.

These pills make taking your vitamins easy! i love the app that is included to make sure that you remember to take the pills.
