Clears space for other components
I use it to clear space for my gaming components. It worked out perfectly. I don't have to turn sideways to my desk to use the keyboard for signing in or making changes to settings.

Exactly what I needed
This item worked perfectly for what I needed.I built a simulator in my garage and I wanted to be able to "tuck away" the keyboard tray when i wasn't using it.Very sturdy and straightforward to install anywhere on a stud.

Nope
The description is a bit misleading. I thought it would be much more versatile as far as moving it into a good position from a side mounted position but it was very limited in how you can move it around. Returned.

Average
Works great to hold the keyboard. I just don't like when I add a minimal amount of whait it tips and drops the keyboard. This makes it hard to stay on task when I am working.

Good not great
Bought this to use in my golf simulator room. Serves its purpose but keyboard tends to go crooked with any pressure applied. Over works for my needs but would prefer the keyboard tray stay put.

Fit great on the rig!
Fits great on 8020 aluminum extrusion. Got this on a sim rig for my mouse and stream deck. The Logitech G915 is a little bit too big to fit comfortably between the edge and the mouse pad, but it's fine I'm not typing out a book with this stand. It's sturdy enough to put a decent bit of weight on, but it's still meant to move up and down so it may move if you lean on it to stand up. All in all a worthy purchase if you need someplace to put your keyboard and mouse for your aluminum extrusion sim rig.

nope
If you don't mind that your keyboard shelf is at least a foot away form the wall. The design is flawed and will not allow the back of keyboard tray to be close to the wall.
