So far so good no complaints. It does what it’s suppose to do hotspot me in any location. I drive throughout the city & surrounded area using my hotspot. It has glitches just as cell phone data do in rural areas.

It worked perfect for one day. The Internet speed was fabulous and I was super excited and I actually was going to buy more for our family. I’ve been trying it every day since then and it won’t work. I’ve tried it on different devices. I’m so disappointed. So not only did I waste money on this device, but I also purchased service through Tmobile for it. What a waste of money.

It was super easy to set up! I brought my own SIM card from Tello which runs on the same network as T-Mobile but a lot cheaper. I inserted it, popped in the battery, turned it on, entered the password (which is written behind where the battery goes, so take a picture before you assemble it!), and my device was connected. The internet speed is great! I am using it in my apartment near Phoenix just to have a little bit of WiFi without a full-blown home internet plan, so I can’t speak to the travel capacity yet. I will say it’s slightly larger than a similar device I bought and returned, but no larger than most phones. It feels well made, not cheap. We’ll see how it does over time!

This hotspot came to life and connected to one of my devices. That's as far as I could get. In the WiFi info for my device "No internet connection" was the indication. I tried both the T-Mobile sim card, and a third party sim card which I bought specifically for this hotspot, (to avoid having to purchase a separate T-Mobile service plan).T-Mobile's customer service told me the hotspot was registered to another carrier.As mentioned in the title, maybe you'll have better luck than me. Mine is being returned.Amazon Prime's return policy rocks!!!

Working well and easy to set up with TMoble$10 start up

Doing everything it’s supposed to wasn’t hard to activate at all . Just need to open a T-Mobile account because it’s definitely a T-MOBILE device. To each its own . And you can have more than 25 gigs , you just have to choose that plan. It was worth the purchase and I have no problem using my phone when connected and neither does my daughter. Fast internet and great connection when I’m traveling.

Like everyone else I bought this hotspot because of the price being the cheapest and I didn’t take the time to look closely at the reviews, when it came I set it up as followed in the instructions but once it connected to my phone it would always say “no internet connection” I’ve tried it multiple times, tried changing the password, switching from 2.4 to 5 and different devices which didn’t make a difference. Wouldn’t recommend

Didn’t give me WiFi at all. Speed was supper very slow. Set up was confusing at first but I figured it out. Size was perfect. Great for Carring around in pocket.
