It was great
One thing I don’t get about is that the other customers complain about this taking too long to build. Well I’m literally under the age of 13 and I completed it in less than a week. And the label clearly said This was suitable for 14 year-olds!

Great
Tail section is very challenging to assemble. Instructions are not very clear.

Very Challenging
End result is ok, but I almost gave up on this one. It is the 8th Metal Earth model for me.I had to use my own ingenuity to complete it, but I keep coming back for more. Some of the small, tiny details I don't even attempt, but the result is still great.

Zero is almost a zero!
I put together a Samurai model in about 2 weeks, the Osaka Castle in about 1 1/2 weeks, and they both were challenging, but everything fit together well. This Mitsubishi Zero model is horrible! I have been working on it for 2 months and only have it about half completed! I get so frustrated with it, I have to get up and walk away so I don’t throw it away! A lot of the tabs don’t line up with the holes, the instructions are difficult to follow, and several small pieces have broken off despite me being super careful! IF I ever get it finished, it will be the last one I do! I do NOT recommend this one at all!

More on the difficult side rather than the moderate
This is my fifth ww2 plane of the series and most difficult. Keep plenty of super glue gel on hand, you’ll probably need it. The end result looks like it’s been through battle but that scratched patina doest’t look too bad!
