Good part and excellent description. The only differnce is that it has a gradual and has no end "lock click" like ther is on the new Gaggia Classic Pro

Work great....BUT... When we have company, they want to close TOO hard... Multiple time and the brass deforms and you are buying another replacement...NET When you hit resistance on the close STOP...In our house they last a couple of years...

States clearly in the description that the O-ring is included. It is not. It will leak if you try to reuse the old O-ring. Had to take time out of my day to drive to a hardware store and purchase the O-ring separately for an additional $5.

2 months and it's already leaking again.

The steam valve wears out over time. The o-ring must be replaced with a new valve otherwise steam will leak out of the top of the boiler and potentially damage wire terminals and the thermal fuse. So, it is great that this valve ships with the o-oring.

It is a perfect replacement for my Gaggia Classic unit.

Had to replace the valve in a Gaggia Classic Espresso machine because of calcification mineral build up stopping the flow of water…will be cleaning the machines very month to prevent this from happening again
