Great product, fast delivery, really happy with it. Plugged straight in to my IP phone and worked immediately. Build quality feels good and the headset feels comfortable to wear. Excellent value for the very reasonable price. Have now purchased a second headset for a colleague in the office. Fully recommended.

Robust product, easy to use. Good sound quality.

Plugged it into a digium phone and there was a buzzing sound and everyone who spoke was quiet. So I tried the spare bits that came with it and 2 of them didn't work and the 3rd was great for about 3 hours. Everything was nice and loud with no buzzing...until my customers started to speak and a each time they spoke they heard a beeping noise. I couldnt hear it so i wondered why they kept saying what's that noise. I listened to the call and you can hear the beeping everytime they spoke. I've had to take them off and use the phone handset again :(

Connected with extreme ease to an IP phone (Digium) - it comes with numerous adapters for every need, but I didn't need it - it was immediately proved to be a truly excellent product, excellent sound quality and comfort of the headset, the reduction of external noise. Really excellent, nothing less!

Exactly as described. My only issue, and it is a small one, is that the mic is movable up/down, but not in/out, and sits too close to my mouth (it literally touches my lip) and there doesn't appear to be a way around this other than moving it below mouth level.

Great product. Tricky to get to work, although I believe that’s a consequence of the phone system. Don’t be put off if it initially doesn’t work.

I liked the fact that it has speakers on both sides and the quality of sound, however, I am not happy with the mic that sometimes doesn't work.

Purchased the headsets for my practice. The quality of the headset is very good. Due the pandemic we have gone onto phone consultations, so the convenience of headset is more comfortable rather than conventional hand receiver. Thank you for the speedy delivery.
