I used to use the icy hot smart relief tens unit. This unit is easier to use than that. So if you’re familiar using that one, this one does much more.The app is easy to use, it’s nice to be able to turn on and off from the app and adjust the level. Battery life is really good, it’s easy to charge. Comes with a nice case that fits all the pads. The pads are the perfect level of stickiness to stay on and be effective, yet easy to pull off. App allows you to control both units and have different levels of intensity with each.Definitely recommend this unit, can’t wait to explore the other features.

This is the 2nd time I've purchased it. My first unit got borrowed out to help a friend and they had it for quite a while, that I bought a 2nd unit! I actually have 2 older tens machines that use corded electrodes. They work great, but again, they're corded. My only dislike for the ComfyTemp units is that they beep when you adjust the time, the intensity, when it ends, etc. It would be nice if it were silent so one could use it at work, in public, etc., without anyone else hearing you adjust it!

This is the most powerful TENS unit I've ever used. I rarely turn it up to even 50% power. The batteries in the devices also last a long time which lets you focus on restoration and not on charging. I like that it also has EMS and massage modes. It would be nice if you could control whether or not it goes in a pattern or goes continuously. I bought an additional set and for some reason, the app does not allow you to use more than two units at a time which is frankly stupid. If I want to run 8 of these at once I should be able to. There's no good reason to limit it. Please change this and I will buy more. The other thing I don't like so much is the pads lose stickiness very quickly compared to other pads I've used. You get a few uses out of them and have to buy new ones which can get expensive. Luckily these units are an amazing price for what you get. More options than the two pad types would be nice as well. They're both pretty small so a larger one would be nice. Another nice to have would be a slimmer main unit. Even if this increased footprint size I think it would be worth it for comfort. Lastly I would love a version with heat. I haven't been able to find a single wireless unit that offers that. It's hard to find them even in wired units. So make it happen. Overall it's a nice unit and works well despite the few gripes and nice to have wishes.

Bluetooth paired up easily and stays connected. 3 pair of different size pads and a nice carry case for all you get. So far it is performing well.

Is a good tense unit. It has alot of different modes

I DID love it when it first arrived. But now the app crashes constantly and my phone's security has alerted me that the app is bugged. It's completely unusable without the app. The pads are also awful. You can only use them once and then they don't stick anymore.

I get terrible tension migraines and desperate to try anything to make them manageable.I like ALL the different types of modes on this unit. It’s has repetitive options as well as long routines.The different intensity levels are effective and use them frequently. I also LOVE that this is wireless. What a huge advantage that gives you.I have one huge issue with this unit though. The pads are too big and not sticky enough. They are so big there isn’t any flexibility either. They are designed for large flat surfaces only and not for natural curves. I use this on my neck and shoulders and the pads are just not flexible or small enough. I ended up taping them down. When taped i love this thing.The stickiness does not last either. Even taping down isn’t always effective since they do need to stick well to your skin.All in all, i like the different nose enough to struggle thru the massively poor pad design. I tried other units and keep coming back to this one for the range of options it offers.I wish they would redesign the pad options to different sizes and something more flexible that sticks better. I would pay double or triple for that, that’s how much I love this unit.

I’ve had tens units previously but they always had wires. They worked great but when I would wear them while I was working always had to tuck the controller into my pocket and try to hide lots of wires someplace inside of my clothes. It worked but definitely wasn’t ideal! When I learned that there were now wireless options, I decided that I had to get one. I researched it for a while and thought that this one offered the best bang for the buck. It wasn’t overly expensive and I like that I can use my phone to control it. My only real complaint is that there’s no way to set it to run for more than an hour at a time. Just a minor inconvenience/annoyance. I’ve already recommended this unit to a bunch of other people. I just wish that the pads are cheaper and lasted longer, but the additional cost is well worth it for the muscle and pain relief the unit offers. Highly recommended.
