Nice knife, holds the edge

I have used this knife for over a year. I'm a meat manager with 23 years of experience, and I can tell you this is great boning knife for cutting stew, stir fry, or trimming steaks. The edge holds well, the grip is great on the handle, and it has handled 6 days a week every week for the past year. It was a great investment.

Bought this for a gift… he loves it. He says it stays sharp and it easy to use for all the butchering he has to do.

I bought my first F. Dick knife over a year ago, and I use it several times a week. It's still very sharp. In the last week, I've ordered two more in defferent blade lengths, I like them that well.

È perfetto per disossare piccoli animali, dal pollame ai conigli, fino alla selvaggina: svolge il suo lavoro alla perfezione. La lama è di ottima qualità, mantiene un buon filo nel tempo e il manico è molto comodo. Sono davvero coltelli eccellenti.
