I'm using these in our shop to label equipment needing attention or hasn't been repaired yet. It helps with today's modern maintenance 5-S shops.

These tags are nice and large, making them fairly easy to spot. Basically lock out tags, these work the same with a small space on the back for comments.Red color and print were both very clear with no imperfections or difficult to read spots on the whole stack.The wires on the end are capable of attaching these tags to anything. Ive used them on a few studs/bolt ends with no problem having them stay secured.Overall quality is good. I have no complaints about the product altogether. These are exactly what I wanted to begin noting some old stuff around the shop for fixin.Price for some good sized, visible tags, was good for me; anything else I saw was specifically LOTO or some other designation which I wasnt looking for. Plenty in the pack too, to use for a while to come.

I think these are the perfect size repair tags that comes with a convenient thin wires to attach to any machine that is in need of repair. On the back side there is a handy area to write down details about the maintenance request date and notes.Good feel and solid stock thick paper stock with a smooth writing surface.
