Original quality unit. The box was not sealed when I received it. However, the item itself is brand new and everything inside was untouched. When I contacted the seller (Callmart), they explained that all international versions come without a sealed box. Anyway working perfectly. No heating or noticeable issues.

I purchased a slim disc version of PS5. Product was delivered to me on time. I logged in my account and everything seems to be fine but as soon as I started playing my first game far cry six system started getting turned off automatically with warning sign that your PlayStation is too hot and that’s where the problem begins. Until the game installation everything is fine and until and unless you start a new game. I cried for the game, such as FIFA 21 which give me the same problem. I would not recommend to purchase this product at any cost. I had to return the product on the second day after few testing trials. This was mine worst purchase from Amazon.

Console was defective. Was showing flickering connection to tv but I couldn’t figure out what it was until it went out completely and when I tested three cables, they were all right that told me that HDMI socket was defective on the PS5. Also had earlier problems with the remote stick. Left stick.

Couldn’t resist the Black Friday sale price for the PS5 and worth every dollar and am happy as Larry.
